About Geoff Hodgins Architect - We are a small, dynamic firm located in Perth Ontario. We have been involved in numerous custom houses including some off-grid residences and alternative construction such as straw-bale. Projects include the adaptive reuse of a number of nineteenth century factories, like the Smiths Falls Station Theatre and the PerthWorks Sustainable Neighbourhood, several performance spaces, where the firm is located, including One Sherbrooke Street Perth, that is still under development. Established in 1997, we specialize in sustainable design, community planning and heritage conservation. The majority of projects are in Eastern Ontario but we have had the opportunity to design buildings throughout Ontario and as far North as Kuujjuaq on Ungava Bay.
